Cat and Owl Alchemy Policies are put into place so that I can offer you the best possible experience. By booking or registering for any event or workshop you are agreeing to adhere to our policies. Please be advised that some events, especially those at other locations, may have different policies than what I have listed here. In the event where a location has policies that are different than what is listed, I will list on the ticket or event page. All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances (includes: Covid, accidents, illnesses, and all other unforseen circumstances). If policies are not followed, your participation at the event or your event will be cancelled without refund.

Private sound baths, weddings and corporate events at location of choice

1. A booking fee equal to 50% of your session confirms your date and time. This is non-refundable.

2. Remainder is due 1 week prior to event.

3. No refunds at any time.

4. One reschedule is allowed with a $200 fee and providing at least 72 hours/3 day notice is given. New date must be scheduled at this time and be within 30 days of original date.

5. All original agreement terms apply to a rescheduled event.

6. No reschedules less than 72 hours before event for any reason.

7. If your event is running late, and you would like to end later than rescheduled, I will accomodate you if possible. The overtime rate is $150.00 for every 30 minutes or portion therof.

8. Special events, such as weddings may have additional terms and conditions that will be included on the invoice.

9. Events scheduled with little notice, or during holiday times are subject to higher rates.
